Untermauert mit vielen Beispielen aus der gelebten Praxis, zeigt Frau Esche auf, wie sie im Detail vorgegangen ist, welche “Produktionsschritte” sie durchlaufen und wie sie die Teilnehmenden durch ihren Workshop begleitet hat. Struktur und klare Arbeitsaufträge prägen das Setting von Frau Esche und ermöglichen so das zielgerichtete Arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Sozialformen. Moodle als zentrales Learning Management System spielt ebenso eine große Rolle, wie das abwechslungsreiche Methodenportfolio, welches sie in Kombination innerhalb der synchronen und asynchronen Arbeitsphasen konsequent einsetzt.
Underpinned by many examples from real-life practice, Ms Esche shows how she proceeded in detail, which “production steps” she went through and how she accompanied the participants through her workshop. Structure and clear work assignments characterise Ms Esche’s setting and enable goal-oriented work in different social forms. Moodle as the central learning management system plays a major role, as does the varied portfolio of methods that she consistently uses in combination within the synchronous and asynchronous work phases.
